Where it all began…
Beauty Chic was the brain child of two Beauty Bloggers, Amy and Ellie. Both had been beauty bloggers before Beauty Chic came together, Amy on Beauty & the Make up Bag and Ellie on a personal blog. With time not being on their side, and both struggling with getting content onto both their blogs for their subscribers they came together and Beauty Chic was born. The idea behind Beauty Chic was ‘two for the price of one’, two girls blogging their own take on the world of beauty and make up. Both girls were at a time in their lives where everything became very busy for them, and unfortunately Beauty Chic had to take a back seat. Its hard to maintain something like a blog when the ‘real world’ takes over, and try as they might, it just didn’t happen.
Where Beauty Chic is today…
Beauty Chic is back, but not as you know it. I (Amy) am now in sole control of Beauty Chic, and Ellie is still busy with things, life definitely keeps her busy, but I am sure she will pop in from time to time to make sure we’re all behaving. Unfortunately, I (being the clutz that I am) managed to loose all the posts that were on Beauty Chic before. I have copies of all my posts as I save them all, so they will be back online soon (although I have to upload them manually so it might take me a little time), you might have even noticed I have started uploading a few already!
Today Beauty Chic is going to be the same as it always was, and different too. You’ll still be able to read reviews, watch tutorials and watch the monthly favourites as you always have done, but there will be lots more coming up too.

So, who is Amy…
Who am I? Good Question!
Well as you will have already read if you have got this far, I have been a Beauty Blogger for many years now and I love it. I own so many Make up & Beauty products its bordering on the obscene, but it keeps me out of mischief. I am a History Graduate and have a huge passion for everything Historical and Heritage related. I love to read, cycle, watch F1, do crafts, play with my kitten and go shopping. I love to write, and as well as blogging for Beauty Chic I also contribute to an online magazine, where I write for their Formula One section.
Your questions…answered!
1. Why did you close the old youtube account, the videos on there were really helpful?
I always had my ‘FizziPop25′ account, even when I was blogging for Beauty Chic before, but it was always my personal account. I didn’t want to be running two youtube accounts, and my FizziPop25 account was the one I wanted to keep. I have many of the videos from the old account, many of which have already been uploaded to the other account. The rest will go up in time.
2. Will all the old blog posts be back up on Beauty Chic soon?
They will. Its taking some time because I am having to do it all manually, but they will be up ASAP.
3. Will there be more than one blogger on Beauty Chic in the future?
I will be the main blogger on Beauty Chic and any questions or queries should come to me. Meghan, will be coming to you as a contributor for Beauty Chic and she will be guiding you through all your skincare needs every Monday.
4. What are the main areas you will be covering on Beauty Chic?
We’ll be covering Make up, Beauty, Skincare, Nail Care, Hair, Fashion and maybe even some life stuff every now and then!
